Your Call Center – Houston, USA.

We are looking for telephone operators to be in charge of contacting customers in our database. You can offer them new products and give them administrative advice.

Active search for: (Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Mexico, and Honduras).  


Job Description:

  • Issue calls for product presentation.
  • Issuing calls to know the customer’s expectations.
  • Follow up and control of clients and future clients.
  • Arrange visits and interviews with customers.
  • Make daily reports.
  • Lead, manage and organize your Leads.


  • Process assigned leads.
  • Follow up with prospects.
  • Make 120 calls per day.
  • Make a minimum of 10 appointments per day and at least 50 connected calls.
  • Constant communication with team and leaders.

Essential requirements:

  • Desktop or laptop computer.
  • Internet of min. 50 megabytes – For use of internal systems.
  • Excellent attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Time availability.
