We are looking for telephone operators to be in charge of contacting customers in our database. You can offer them new products and give them administrative advice.
Active search for: (Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Mexico, and Honduras).
Job Description:
- Issue calls for product presentation.
- Issuing calls to know the customer’s expectations.
- Follow up and control of clients and future clients.
- Arrange visits and interviews with customers.
- Make daily reports.
- Lead, manage and organize your Leads.
Responsibilities:
- Process assigned leads.
- Follow up with prospects.
- Make 120 calls per day.
- Make a minimum of 10 appointments per day and at least 50 connected calls.
- Constant communication with team and leaders.
Essential requirements:
- Desktop or laptop computer.
- Internet of min. 50 megabytes – For use of internal systems.
- Excellent attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in customer service.
- Time availability.
